Device or App Identifiers
VIA Flower uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications.
Firebase may process identifiers associated with your app installation, including a Firebase Installation ID (FID) and notification registration information, to enable push notifications to be delivered to your device.
These identifiers are used for app functionality and service-related notifications. We do not use these identifiers for advertising or targeted advertising.
Firebase Cloud Messaging uses Firebase Installation IDs to identify app installations for message delivery.
Location Information
VIA Flower does not collect, store, or track your precise GPS location.
The delivery address is manually provided by the user when placing an order. We use the address provided by the user to arrange delivery.
Payment Information
VIA Flower does not collect or store your complete credit card number, debit card number, CVV, or other full payment-card details.
Payments may be processed through our third-party payment processor. Payment information entered into the payment interface is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own privacy and security policies.
